What Causes Fever, Chills, Excessive Sweating, Fatigue, Brain Fog And Loss Of Appetite?

for the last three days, I have been getting worse and worse. I have fever, chills , sweats, fatique, brain fog, no appetite. Fever was up to 102.7 yesterday, all I want to do is sleep. The only thing I have done lately is spread mulch around my flower beds.

I think you may be having flu. Just take rest. Use Tylenol for pain and fever. Drink lots of fluids.
