What Causes Fever, Chills, Frequent Urination And Lethargy?

I have had a fever and chills and lethargy for afew days and and today I noticed frequent uncomfortable urination with little output and then this afternoon I noticed pink blod color then brown in my urine after drinking a lot of water it has cleared up. I plan to see the doctor tomorrow but I am worried

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms it seems like you are having cystitis, or bladder infection. Your doctor will give you antibiotics and make urine and blood examination.
There is no reason for fear, as you start using medication, the symptoms will vanish.
Until you visit your GP, you can take antipyretics if you have high fewer.
