What Causes Fever, Consistent Headaches And Muscle Stiffness In Neck?

I have had fever of 101.1 , consistant headaches and muscle stiffness ( primarily in the neck region foro three weeks now . I have had a ct scan and been tested for meningitis. All test have come out normal. Do you have any ideas as to what is going on with me. I am a 35 yr old male and approx 220 lbs . Im normally generally healthy but i do smoke and consume alcohol on a regulkar basis.
