What Causes Fever, Cough And Rashes In Child?

my 13 month old baby have a fever and cough for about five days now on her 2nd day of being sick we took her to the doctor and the doctor said that she have a croup which i believe coz i read about it alot online and all the symptoms match my daughters but now im in doubt and worried that its not what she have coz on shes having rashes that comes and goes through out the day she already had a roseola a week before she got fever again what could be my daughters illness

Rashe which come and go are because of allergy.It could be due to food or virus or medicine.Treatment is avoiding possible allergen and giving antiallergy medicine like Allegra
Cause of fever could be virus or bacteria.If he looks toxic or has less appetite or less activity then it could be bacterial infection. If above signs are absent then there are chances of viral infection. Since fever is in fifth day he needs to be investigated to rule out other cause of fever like malaria,typhoid, dengue, UTI and pneumonia
