What Causes Fever, Dizziness And Nausea After An Injury?
My 14-year-old son was playing basketball today and took a nasty fall and hit his head on the basketball court and afterwards he had some slight dizziness, confusion, nausea. I brought him home made him rest and now he is running a fever of 103.3 is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern for your son, in fact all the head injury cases need to be kept under observation for 48 hours because anything could happen during this time period, in my opinion he need to be taken to ER hope this information helps, take care.
