What Causes Fever, Eye Blurring, Back Pain, Stomach Cramping, Left Chest Pain?

I have been having bad stomache cramps the left side of my chest has hurt since i got my gallbladder out 4 months ago its symptoms of a heartattach which scare me the most been running a low grade fever of and on for the last couple of weeks and i woke up today and my right eye was blurry i have pain in my back all the time

Well come to HCM
I appreciate your concern, this is not the heart disease but this could be due to muscular pain and bronchitis may be possible, again history of gall bladder surgery is nothing to do with this, stomach cramp could be nonspecific, in my opinion just wait for some time this would subside soon, if not then you can try Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed, Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, take care.
