General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description this could be due to pneumonia or chest infection, pleural effusion or lung abscess

If you can provide me more information like your complete relevant medical history
Do you smoke?
Since how long you have this problem

In my opinion you should consult a chest physician for physical check up and a battery of tests to confirm the diagnosis
You may require a course of antibiotics
you can do warm saline gargles with antiseptic mouth wash
Deep breathing exercises
Have Multivitamin supplements

Hope this answers your question
Thanks and regards
I find this answer helpful
