What Causes Fever, Headache And Abdominal Pain In A Child?

My 4 year old has a fever of 100.8. She is complaining of headache, stomach ache(now with nausea), and she had said the inside of her cheeks were hurting. Its been super hot and even though she hasn t been outside for too long I am worried about heat exhaustion.

might be having food poisoning. control fever with tablet crocin. maintain hydration. take bland diet avoid hot tea and coffee. monitor temperature 6 hourly. if not controlled then crocin im can be given. give probiotic.
