What Causes Fever, Headache And Vomiting In 5 Year Old?
Thanks, my daughter is 5years 9 months old. From last 24 hrs she is complained of head ache and since early morning 3 am she has light fever around 99.5 degC. with vomitings. We gave some medicines for vomiting but dd not control if water taken she vomits after 30 mins and has some rashes on her body. She was given brain fever vaccination when she was around 2years of age. What must be the reason

By what you quote it seem sot be a viral illness as headache and vomiting are common in viral illness. But vomiting associated with headache and not getting controlled by antiemetics and fresh appearance of rash over the body is suggestive of a viral exanthem and it could be a viral hemorrhagic fever too. I suggest you immediately consult your pediatrician.
