What Causes Fever , Influenza And Headache?

Hello there! On Friday I started getting sick with what I think was the flu. Fever, chills, chest and nasal congestion, mucus producing cough, sneezing, body aches and head aches. I took decongestants (different kinds) to help eleveate my symptoms. The whole day today everything smells like ammonia/vinegar. What s the cause and what do I do? Much abliged!

Its plain viral fever ...take anti histamines. ..paracetamol and pain killers. ..it should be relieved within 3-4 days.
