What Causes Fever & Pain All Over The Body?

hello,

im 20 years old and for the past 3 days ive been feeling a little weak an my shoulders and wrist hurt..i also get fever at night..well now actually my whole body hurts...i feel like at times i cant get out of bed..do you know what might be wrong with me? thank you

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having viral infection producing generalized weakness, body-ache and fatigue.
Take ibuprofen as needed for 2-3 days.
Take rest.
Take plenty of water and take light food.
Ok and take care.
