What Causes Fever, Sinus Pressure, Headache And Red Itchy Welts On Thigh?
I ve had a fever for two days with extreme sinus pressure and headache. In addition, I woke up with red itchy welts on my thighs that have not gone away. What could have caused these? Could it be a symptom of the illness or possibly a reaction to the OTC sinus medication?

Such symptoms could be due to some infection that may caused sinusitis and this can be best managed with, medicine given below
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg with Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
drink lot of water, steam inhalation would be good for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
