What Causes Fever, Stomach Pain And Hives On The Body?

my son ran a fever last week and thurseday night woke up crying about his tummy hurting so I kept him home from school Friday . he woke up and came out to me all broke out what seem to be a mixture of the hives and chickenpoxs well all that that they went and came then Friday night it got bad so I had him soak in a cool bath and had him lay in front of my fan and he fell to sleep the next morning he was all broke out what seem to be the chickenpox well now they look like a bunch of big circle like shapes not the like pimples but he is still itchy and running a fever off and on

As of now take drugs like paracetamol for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
