What Causes Fever While Having Lymphnodes In Breast And Back?

Hello.My wife is suffering from Fever since last 15 days and she has got lymphnodes in her brest and behind the neck. Doctors are doing the diagnosis and lymphnode biopsy. they are investingating the issue and checked all the blood report and ultrasound test but seems to be normal. Only biopsy report yet to come. What could be the problem?

Hi.. I have read your question and truly understand your concern.

I would suggest you not to worry at this moment as biopsy reports have not yet come yet. Please clarify whether lymph node in the breast or lump in the breast? If lump is there in the breast,enlarged lymph nodes and any discharge from nipple then diagnosis has to be carried out to rule out breast cancer. Please also find out whether any family history of breast cancer in your wife's family?
I would suggest you to stay calm and not to worry at this moment.Let us wait for the biopsy report and not necessarily is a cancer .enlargement of lymph node is also seen in infections.
