Fever with lumps and rash can occur with a variety of infections, including different viruses, tuberculosis, syphilis, mononucleosis, and many other conditions. These are things you need to be checked for. Lymphoma or leukemia or another blood condition might also cause such symptoms. There are so many possibilities that I think it very important you go to your doctor and get some tests promptly. You need to figure out what is causing this so it can be treated before it gets any worse. Hope this helps.
