What Causes Fever With Pus Cell Count 1-3/hpf?
my son of 4 years 3 months in age, has been suffering from fever since last saturday. his urine test found pus cell count 1-3/hpf and other blood exam like - HB% - 11.60, Erythrocytic - 3.82 millions/cu.mm, Leucocytic 8500/ cu. mm, RBC - Normocytic Normochromic, No malaria parasite is found.
pls advise the cause of his fever ranging between - 99.00 to 101.9 C, chest clear.

To be treated with adequate doses of antipytretics like paracetamol.
hydration and nutrition to be taken care.
