What Causes Fever?

lately about two weeks I have been drooling a lot at night and when I wake up most of the top of nightgown is wet , why is this happen ? I run fever about 98.8 to 99.8 two to three times a week. My normal temp is 97.8 since I had a very bad fever of 104.? we were under the thought that the problem was the Nile virus

Fever is a sign that your body is trying to fight off an infection. It would be very good for you to see a doctor to have some blood tests done and a physical exam to see what might be causing your fevers. If you have an infection it may get worse if it is not treated. I hope you are feeling well soon
