What Causes Fever,diarrhoea Or Headaches After Sex ?

I had protected sex with a sex worker in Australia 3weeks ago in that process I sucked her boobs and touched her vagina with my finger a couple of days ago I started to get a slight rash that comes and goes a slightly raised muscle on the right side of my neck did have some mouth thrush which has now gone away no fever,diarrhea or headaches or feeling tired or unwell does this sound like hiv
