What Causes Fibroadenomas To Grow Bigger While On Cerazette?

Hello, I have fibroadenoma, nearly unnoticeable, stable, not growing since I started noticing it 7 years ago and now until when I started taking the pills (cerazette) for the past 3-4 months, the fibroadenoma starts growing bigger in size day by day and increase the feelings/little pains in the breast more obviously (1 for 7mm at least). I read somewhere that treatment for fibroadenoma is avoiding food that contains estrogen-like (soya products), while cerazette adds more estrogen into my body daily and feels like it is feeding the growth of fibroadenoma. So should I stop the pill (I have migraine so cerazette is the only one I could take) and try using other contraceptive methods for the best of fibroadenoma treatment? Thank you so much!
