Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Fibroadenosis is quite a common lesion present in most women. It is usually noncancerous lesion and does not cause any major symptoms except for little pain and discomfort. It generally requires treatment as its surgical removal if the symptoms are intolerable or bothersome. Also, if there are any changes observed towards cause of cancer based on FNAC or Biopsy report, then it requires exploration and removal. Otherwise, all it needs is symptomatic management. It may regress in size and number after attaining menopause. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
