Yes, thank you. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I think something else is going on. I feel the need to eat every couple of hours. Recently I did the master cleanse and felt good during but after I am gradually feeling bad again. I wonder if hypoglycemia can be the cause, or maybe a lack of digestive enzymes.
Hello dear Understand your concern Exact cause of fibromyalgia is not known. Both genetic and environmental factor play a important role. There is decreased threshold of pain in nerve cell due to more reactivity. Following factors are associated with development of fibromyalgia: Genetic predisposition, Polygenetic factor, Sympathetic over activity, Defect in dopa mine and serotonin pathways in brain, Excessive stress and depression, Disturbance in sleep or lack of sleep, Psychological disturbance, smoking, obesity.
