What Causes Fingers To Bend Involuntarily?

My right index finger involuntarily bends every so often. There is no pain but it feels like the finger is fatigued like I ve been gripping something for a long time. I can feel a fatigued sensation in my forearm too. This started about 10 days ago and is not getting better. Any ideas on what this might be?
