What Causes Fishy Smell Originating From The Penis Head?

Have a fish smell originating from the entire circumference of the area under penis head. Im circumsized and it started right after i had sex with some girl. A small area around my pee hole was red immediately after the encou nter and pee flow was restricted slightly but that cleared up only to leave a fishy odor that gets stinkier after masturbation. And yes i wash everyday which clears the odor for a few hours but then it rerurns

Kindly get examined with your treating physician as this requires intensive care with antibiotics, anti fungal medications as well as local creams for faster recovery. Avoid sex till that time period for best results.
