Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

From the description it seems to be a seborrheic dermatitis that will respond to topical steroids / anti-fungal lotions. Kindly show to your doctor. Meanwhile, she can take antihistamines like Levocetirizine once daily to relieve itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
