A PATIENT HAS A HISTORY OF tb OF SHOULDER FOR 1AND HALF YEARS.NOW HE HAS GOT PARALYSIS OF RIGHT SIDE FOR 4 HOURS HE HAD ENDOSCOPY FOR 1AND HALF YEARS PRIOR TO TB. HE HAD SKIN RASHES PRIOR I MONTH DUE TO OVERDOSE OF DILANTINE. HE HAS BEING GIVEN LEVERTIRACETAM TABLETS FOR FITS. WHY HE DEVELOPED FITS.CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME
In some cases, TB infection may spread into the nervous system including the brain and spinal cord. Since there was paralysis and fits, an evaluation with brain MRI is necessary for a correct diagnosis. An evaluation by the Neurologist also should be done.
