What Causes Flashes In The Eyes With Vision Problem?
My mom, aged 64 has been seeing lightning like flashes in her eyes for the past 4 months. It initially started with one eye. There are also floating objects in her vision and when she goes in bright light she can see like a veil in front of her eyes. Her retina was checked and found normal. Can someone suggest what she should do?

The common causes for this condition are vitreous degenerations and retinal problems like retinal tears.
This requires retinal examination by indirect ophthalmoscopy to look for this condition and treatment accordingly.
If retinal examination is normal no need to worry only follow up is required.
