What Causes Flat Yellowish Bumps On Vaginal Entrance?

I ve noticed that one side of my vagina on the lip looks discolored and yellowish while the other looks normal pink. It looks like on one side it has flat yellow bumps running down to the entrance of my vagina and right at the bridge between my opening and my anus gets very itchy at times. I ve had some thick white discharge that made me think it was a yeast infection but it was never constant so I was afraid of using over the counter medicine for it just in case it wasn t. The entrance now also looks swollen in some areas with it being raised and red. I have no Idea what it could be And so for I haven t been able to afford going to the doctor.

HI
Well come to HCM
Looking to the description given here this could be fungal infection and in my opinion better to apply broad spectrum ointment and best option would be "Povidone Ointment" apply this and this would be fine soon, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
