What Causes Fleeting Blindness, Heaviness And Dizziness In The Head?

Hi ,I am 31 yrs old male. I got darkness for 3 to 4 seconds one day and after that my dead is all he time heavy and some time I m a day I feel dizzyness and my face and eye become read for few seconds. While eating / drinking I feel something going in my whole head difficult to explain. I check blood pressure/ blood report /sugar al are fine. Please advise but I still not feeling comfortable what to do next

Hello,

I think you should also do a total blood count with formula and biochemical blood balance. Also, do post prandial sugas levels and HBA1C. If everything is normal you should do an EEG and a heart ultrasound.
