I have a flesh colored small pea size bump behind my left ear lobe on the skull. It popped up a couple weeks ago and seemed like it was getting smaller and now went back to the original size. Do you know what this could be - it seems to be very round

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time it is the lymph node only and some time it appears non-specifically if no symptoms are there so no need to worry about this because it will be fine on its own hope this information helps.
