What Causes Floaters In The Eyes Along With Fatigue?

I am seeing spots like floaters, feeling tired, and breaking out in a sweat. I had pains earlier in my head, jaws, neck and back...in the center, and in my center and left side of my chest. Alia seltzer helped but I didn t burp. Could this be heart attack symptoms?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
- Feeling tired, drained out with lot of sweating
- Pain in center of chest ( not to left or right ) that is compressing( with pressure on chest bone ), gets transferred to left shoulder or arm / may get transferred to neck. jaw....can be attributed to heart attack.
- Floaters are not characteristic of heart attack.
Having any two of the symptoms demands full cardiac check up & exclusion of heart problem OR start with specific expert advise .
Thanks
