Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This might be from acute gastritis following drinking. Take an antacid like Ranitidine for 5 days and avoid hot/spicy/caffeinated items for 1 week. Drink plenty of fluids and include green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet. If not improving in 3-5 days, we can evaluate further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
