What Causes Flu, Weight Loss, Sores And Swollen Glands?

hi doctor, my age 23 and i had sex with 20years girl 15months back . After 7months i testd for hiv test its negitiv but now i am having problms like flu,weight loss, sores,swelling glands these symptoms are hiv symptoms or othe deseas symptoms sir, plz tell me sir. Is nessesry to go for hiv test again.

Mononucleosis infection can cause flu ,loss of weight ,sores and swollen glands
I suggest you get CBP which shows lymphocytosis in that disease and monospot
test done to confirm it and get treated accordingly
no need to repeat HIV test again
