My heart rate is usually 48-55bpm du to triple bypass and mixoma removal. After going to bed around midnight I felt a bit jittery, I checked my pulse with an oxymeter my oxygen was normal but my bpm was fluctuating between 128--79 no pain or dizziness it has fluctuated all day but is generally at 119 while I am at rest . The only change in my routine diet is I had 1 banana per day for 5 days, I am drinking two more coffees a day than my usual one and I have been drinking a cocoa at night. It d two beers instead of my usual one last night. Ian 74 yrs old
