What Causes Fluctuating TSH Levels?

I have a TSH level of 7.45 last year it was .029 Over the past year I have moved toward eating more of a plant-based diet and am getting closer to cutting out all meat. I have improved my cholesterol & blood pressure so that my Doctor took me off my meds. We re baffled by why my TSH level fluctuates so much.

hi
your TSH levels are fluctuating because of inability to produce the hormone from your body. if you are under medication your TSH levels will be under control if it goes below the level should change in dosage of medicines for thyroid and better not to stop the medications. it's better to check your TSH levels 3 months once take care.
thank you.
