Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that yours symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder. For this reason, I recommend performing some tests in order to investigate for the possible underlying causes:
- complete blood count
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes
- kidney and liver function tests
- fasting glucose.

Starting anti-hypertensive therapy may be needed if these blood pressure values persist. In the meantime, I recommend reducing maximally caffeine and salt intake.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
