What Causes Fluctuating Blood Pressure?

I have been taking blood pressure medicine for a month now and my blood pressure has been staying around 115 over 65 give or take a little. Last night and today it has been 105 over 55 or even lower. I do feel a little weak and tired. What would cause this?

Two important thing sin the management and decreasing your symptoms
1) you are being over treated for hypertension, consult your doctor and you may decrease the dose of medication.
2) prefer longer acting anti hypertensive drug to decrease the fluctuations of in between dosages.
