What Causes Fluctuating Thyroid Levels?

I had a CT scan and it stated I have rather a small pituitary gland, my crp levels are fluctuating ranfing from 59 to 20. My thyroid levels are also flucuating from 2.0 to 7. They are enlarged and causing a strain on my voice, sore throat and trouble swallowing food that I have to drink to wash it down and it hurts. I have been collapsing, 3 times now. I have been incoherent, cannot spell last name or state what day it is and an extreme tiredness where I just want to sleep and weakness to my right side of the body. Have had veritgo, migraines off and on, double vision, memory loss. Have essential tremors in hands that have now become full body tremors. Heavy menses and so painful I have had to go to hospital and given morphine to ease the pain, bow have Mariner in., Have been checked for some Autoimmune diseases and all clear, heart monitor clear and clear CT scans, brain studies with all cords attached my head and all clear. but have these issues now for 7 years
