What Causes Fluctuation In Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure has always been on the low side however I guess I have "white coat syndrome" as when I go to the doctor it goes up but when I get home and take it, it is usually around 135/high 70s or low 80s. I just took it now and it is 15/84. Do i need to worry? Also just lost my job within the past year so wondering if the stress could play a part in that factor. Can't afford lots of medical testing right now either.
