What Causes Fluctuation In Heart Rate Despite Taking Medication?
I can not control my BP with only 1 medicine. I take Ziac 5-6.25 and Lisinopril 20 mg. I normally have a slower heart beat rate. The Ziac keeps mt Heart beat at rest around 60 and while I am sleeping in low fifties. Is this OK ? Seems like I don t have the energy I used to when my heart rate was around 70 at rest. but I am 75.

I think your symptoms seem to be related to allergy problems and not amlodipine use.
Take antihistamines, apply nasal saline spray.
If no improvement should report it to your caring doctor to further diagnostic studies and change therapy.
