Hi dear!

Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.
Its very mild temperature variation. I appreciate that you kept it checking and made a not of the readings. So the variation is so little that you need not worry about it. The pain may be due to Constipation because mostly post operative women has this problem due to decreased mobility and physically less active. If so, please use syrup Lactulose 3TSF at night. Its safe for breastfeeding.
You may take 2 Tablets of Tylenol (acetaminophen) twice daily and it's going to help you a lot.
If you have more increased temperature, you may "ASK ME A QUESTION" directly from my profile for a prompt reply and medical help from my side.

May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback to help us assist you in a better way. Click at 'I Find This Answer Helpful' & give a five Stars too. Write a review about your experience with me.

Regards!
