Understanding your concern. As per your query your infant have fluctuation in body temperature which seems to be due to impaired immunity of child which is making susceptible of getting infected. It could be due to viral infection of body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to focus on diet of child. Give plenty of liquids, multivitamin tablets. Drink plenty of water. Start giving paracetamol 4 hourly when child is having fever. Visit general physician once and get it examined. You should get blood tests done to find any underlying systemic pathology. Start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid giving nay cold carbonated beverage to child.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
