What Causes Fluctuations In Lipase Reading While Treating ACC Of The Pancreas?

Mt bdy teperature is 33.4 when I just woke up. I am on oxycontin, 15 mg twice a day, and I am on norfloxacin for a UTI which persists. My eurologist has me on the norfloxacin because he feel the prostate is concealing a bug which normal taking of antibiotics does not get to the germs hiding within the tissue of the prostate. I am 73 and have acinar cell carcinoma of the pancreas. I have also had several metastisised tumours treated with surgery initially removing 20% of my liver 7 years ago and 2 since 2006 using sirts, then radio frequency ablation for a further 5 tumours. I have not had any new tumours since 2012 .My lipase reading has become my marker for cancer tumours and it has fluctuated from 900 to the current number of 650. over the past few years. In 2006 when this started, my lipase was at 3,700, so it is relative.
