Hello,
What I understand by the history that it needs proper monitoring of the medication and timely recordings of the blood pressure.
This fluctuations of the Blood pressure happens sometimes in some cases and needs monitoring. Having low and
high blood pressure at times makes one feel other symptoms like -
nausea,
fatigue, swelling etc.
Also, you need to monitor your sodium intake as this may play a key role in your monitoring of the blood pressure.
Having a good amount of water in a day should balance the fluid loss which happens due to blood pressure medications.
Also, please check with your diabetic profile once is there anything to look for. HbA1c will be of good indicative of making us understand the average blood
glucose levels of 3 months. If anything indicative here then medicine for then should help.
Also, as your age is 50 you need to get into some simple general free exercises to improve the overall
metabolism of the body and maintaining the blood pressure.
You can buy one
pulse oximeter and Blood pressure monitor so that you can monitor your pulse,
oxygen saturation and blood pressure.
In my experience of 12 years, many patients are benefitted with good monitoring and exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
