What Causes Fluctuations In The Blood Pressure Levels?
I am so scared. I woke up dizzy today and yesterday. My BP yesterday was 92/64. What can I do naturally to raise it? I drank some water with himalayan pink salt and it went up to 115/75. Now later in today it is 97/67. I just had a physical and my blood work came back normal. I m so confused!
Hi welcome to HCM. It is inherent for few people to have low blood pressures due to their intrinsic high vagal tone. This is quite normal and need not be specifically treated. In cases where the blood pressure is consistently low and symptomatic, increasing the salt intake to around 6gms/day can prove beneficial.Maintain adequate hydration by drinking 3-4liters of water.Drugs like Midodrine and Fludrocortisone can help to increase the BP.Consult your Doctor for further queries. Thank you
