What Causes Fluctuations In The Heart Rate?

yes I notice the other day that I felt a little off and I was sitting my fit bit told me my heart beat was 162 per minute seem like my heart is around 80 to 95 most of the time I check it. I had some cold water and stayed seated for awhile and it went down slowing to 91

Hello,

Cold water may cause hypothermia to lead to decrease heart rate. Exertion or standing from sitting position or work out or aerobic exercise, anxiety may cause increased heart rate. It is normal. So don't worry.
