What Causes Fluid Build Up In Abdomen?

A lot of times fluid will build up in my abdomen as the day goes, so bad I look an have been asked if I was 5-6 mths pregnant... It eventually goes bck dwn, any clue what could be causing it? I m 38 yrs old an have high blood that I ve been medicated for for close to 14 yrs now if that helps..

there are many things that could cause free fluids to build up in a persons abdomen. in my view it is better for you to consult a near by doctor.
so initially a scan could be taken to see if is really a fluid accumulation is there. if fluid is there it can be taken and sent to lab for analysis. based on the report the cause can be found and treatment can be started.
