What Causes Fluid Build Up In The Testicles?

Hi I am a 26 year old male, Hayden. I have 2 issues lately. One is testicular fluid build up in my right testicle. I don t know what it is. Secondly I get random erections throughout the day, and I don t know what it s coming from. I have been masturbating in the bathroom. Is that a good place to do it? Am I doing it wrong?

it may be hydrocele and the ot5her condition is priapism. get examined by surgeon to consider surgery for hydrocele.priapism is psychological problem take counseling from clinical psychologist.
