Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 29 year old female, 5 8 and about 250 lbs. I have no negative medical history and am healthy other than being overweight. I have noticed a soft, squishy swollen area on the underside of my upper right arm. It does not hurt, and it seems very fluid and movable. When I say movable I more mean that I can apply pressure to the area and it seems to flatten easily. What could it be and should I be concerned?
The swelling is there for how many days? It can be a mole as moles tend to appear anywhere on the body. Although to clear the doubt I suggest you get it examined by a dermatologist. Visual inspection can help in clear understanding of it.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
