What Causes Fluid Filled Bumps Around The Ankles?
I have developed bumps around my ankles and shin area they look like mosquito bites but I wear pants all the time I don t think they are that crafty some of them are raised and have fluid in some when I bathe they become soft and the skin peels off eventually leaving a scar
