What Causes Fluid Filled Lump At The Penis Base?

I have a fluid filled lump at the base of my penis and a little swelling there and in my left testicle. It isn t a blister. It s more like a lump that seems swollen but doesn t hurt. I do workout quite a bit, and I am not sure if this caused it. I have no burning sensation when I pee.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. I have gone through your question. It can be a sebaceous cyst. Skin that bears hair is kept soft by the oil (sebum) secreted by sebaceous glands. on testes.
When the ducts draining the glands gets blocked , enough sebum accumulates to form a smooth, firm nodule in the skin. This painless swelling is called a sebaceous cyst.
If a sebaceous cyst is small and causing no problems, it may safely be left alone. If you feel any pain or irritation do consult a doctor. Hope this helps. Thanks and Regards.
